Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daughter Dannielynn suffers from an eye disorder, according to her father Larry Birkhead. He says she has a disorder that is causing one of her eyes to “turn in.”
Apparently the toddler has been battling the problems from infancy as Birkhead has revealed Anna Nicole, who died last February, took Dannielynn to the doctor about it several times when she was only a few months old.
“She has strabismus, which is a turning in one of her eyes and it’s something that we’ve been looking out for for a while,” Birkhead explains. “I’ve been taking her to the doctors.”
Birkhead says he is doing everything he can to correct the problem without surgery. “I’m going to do everything to make sure that it’s corrected but having lost Anna and [her son] Daniel and my dad – my dad just came out of a simple surery and he died – it’s just tough for me to think about surgeries with [Dannielynn],” he added.
