After 35 Years, Lahore city on Saturday February 26, 2011 received heavy rain and hailstorm measuring 4.5 millimeters, which carpeted some roads and sidewalks with snow sending a wave of cheerfulness among citizens.This happened only in Gulberg Lahore on 28 February 2011 while the rest of Lahore probably had just torrents of rain.
