Benicio Del Toro is set to play Ernesto 'Che' Guevara in a new movie.
The Oscar-winning actor will star as the Argentine revolutionist in the film, which will be directed by Steve Soderbergh.
Although the movie's production company, Telecinco Cinema, did not release the title, Del Toro's official website says it will be called 'Guerrilla'.
Shooting will take place across Spain for nine weeks, and it will be filmed entirely in Spanish.
The movie reunites Del Toro with Soderbergh for the first time since 'Traffic', for which Del Toro won the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his portrayal of a Mexican police officer.
In 2005, Del Toro was paid $5million to do nothing - when a film was cancelled at the last minute.
The 'Sin City' star was paid in advance for 'American Gangster' and when the studio cancelled the project - because the picture was proving too expensive - he was allowed to keep the staggering fee
The actor confessed: "It's true, I got paid for doing nothing. The movie fell through a week or two before filming. So I got caught with nothing to do.
"But I don't do it for the dough. The studio felt it was going to be more expensive than they thought and put it on hold. They are trying to get it off the ground, though."
